Tropical Storm Fay was the sixth tropical storm of the 2002 Atlantic hurricane season. Fay affected Texas and northern Mexico. Fay killed no one but caused $4.5 million in damage in Texas and Mexico.

Because the damage was light the name Fay was not retired. Fay was used again in 2008 and was not retired.
