Typhoon Krosa, known in the Philippines as Typhoon Vinta was a Category 3 equivalent tropical cyclone that lashes the northern Philippines in Cagayan Valley region in October 2013 after the Typhoon Nari hits Central Luzon, Typhoon Krosa leaving atleast 4 deaths, and damaging houses nearby the coastal areas particularly in the town of Lal-lo, Cagayan.
