The final of UEFA Women's Euro 2001 happened on 7 July 2001 at Donaustadion in Ulm, Germany. Claudia Müller, who played for Germany, scored the only goal of the match. It was a golden goal in extra time, meaning Germany won 1–0 after winning the last championship in 1997.[2][3]
