Uniondale is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Nassau County. Long Island, New York in the Town of Hempstead, United States. The population was 32,473 at the 2020 United States Census.[3]

In the 2010s, the nearby CDP of East Garden City became part of Uniondale in a controversial move.[4][5]
