Vinod Chandra Pande (16 February 1932 – 7 February 2005) was an Indian politician. He was the Governor of Bihar from 1999 until 2003. He was the Governor of Jharkhand in 2002. He was the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh from 2003 until 2004. He worked during the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government.
