Vigo is an industrial city and a municipality in the province of Pontevedra, within the autonomous community of Galicia, Spain. It is on the Atlantic Ocean.
It is the second largest city by population in Galicia, after A Coruña.[2]
The city has an area of 109.06 square kilometres (42.11 sq mi) and 295,364 people lived here in 2019, is the most populous municipality in Galicia.
