Watford tube station is a station at the end of the Watford branch of London Underground's Metropolitan line in the north-western part of the network in Zone 7, previously zone A.
There are plans to close this station when a new line to Watford Junction railway station opens, called the Croxley Rail Link, by 2020.[7]
