Werner Fridolin Leimgruber (2 September 1934 – 2 January 2025)[2] was a Swiss footballer. He played as a defender for club sides Zürich and Locarno. He was also part of the Switzerland national team and played one game for Switzerland at the 1966 FIFA World Cup. He was born in Bern.
Leimgruber died on 2 January 2025, at the age of 90.[3]
