William Marrion Branham (April 6, 1909 – December 24, 1965) was an American Christian minister and faith healer. He left a lasting impact on televangelism and the modern Charismatic movement. He was seen as the "principal architect of restorationist thought" for Charismatics by some Christian historians.^[1]

Branham was killed in a car crash on Christmas Eve 1965 at the age of 56.
