William Pond Baker (born June 14, 1940) is an American politician and businessman. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives from California's 10th congressional district from 1993 through 1997. After leaving Congress, Baker returned to the field of finance, and was a partner in the Baker, Brose & Mitsutome investment management firm.[1]
