Ziguinchor Region

Ziguinchor is a region in the south of Senegal. The regional capital is Ziguinchor.

As of the 2013 census, 523,840 people lived there. It has an area of 7,352 km2 (2,839 sq mi).

Départements

There are three départements:

  • Bignona Département
  • Oussouye Département
  • Ziguinchor Département
