Cazenovia is an incorporated town in Madison County, New York, United States. The population was 6,740 at the time of the 2020 census. It is named after Theophile Cazenove, the Agent General of the Holland Land Company. The village of Cazenovia is located in the center of the town. The town is on the county's western border.
