Daiki Sugioka (杉岡 大暉, Sugioka Daiki, born September 8, 1998) is a Japanese football player. He played for the Japan national team.
Biography
Sugioka was born in Adachi, Tokyo on September 8, 1998. After graduating from Funabashi Municipal High School, he joined J2 League club Shonan Bellmare in 2017. He played many matches as left side back from first season. Shonan also won the champions in 2017 and was promoted to J1 League. In 2018, Shonan won the champions in J.League Cup. In 2020, he moved to Kashima Antlers.
In 2017, Sugioka was selected the Japan U-20 national team for 2017 U-20 World Cup. At this tournament, he played 2 matches as left side back. In May 2019, he was selected the Japan national team for 2019 Copa América. At this tournament, he debuted against Chile on June 17. He played all 3 matches as left side back.
