Ephrem M'Bom (18 July 1954 – 20 September 2020) was a Cameroonian professional footballer. He competed for the Cameroon national football team at the 1982 FIFA World Cup. He played for the national team between 1981 to 1984 making seven appearances. From 1980 to 1990, he played for Canon Yaoundé. M'Bom was born in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

M'Bom died on 20 September 2020 in Douala, Cameroon at the age of 66.[2]
