Federica Mogherini (Italian pronunciation: [fedeˈriːka moɡeˈriːni]; born 16 June 1973) is an Italian politician. She was the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission in the Juncker Commission from 2014 to 2019.
