"Food for Thought" is a 1980 debut single by UB40 and was released as a double A-side with fellow song King. It was taken from their debut studio album Signing Off. It went to number 4 in the United Kingdom, number 1 in New Zealand, number 36 in Australia, number 10 in Ireland and number 46 in the Netherlands.
