Abellio Greater Anglia[1] is a British train operating company that provides all suburban and express passenger rail services from Liverpool Street station in the City of London to destinations in the East of England (such as Stansted Airport, Colchester, Cheshunt, Hertford East, Ipswich, Norwich and Cambridge, with some peak continuing to [[Ely]]).
Background
Since 31 May 2015, the Lea Valley and Romford Upminster lines are transferred from this to London Overground.
In August 2016, it was announced that Abellio had won the franchise again until 2025. They promise to replace all its trains by 2020.[2] Sadly this has not happened.
