James Robert Walkinshaw (born October 22, 1982)[1] is an American politician who has been the U.S. representative for Virginia's 11th congressional district since 2025. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Before, he was a member of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors from the Braddock District from 2020 until 2025.[2]
