Archbishop Joan Enric Vives i Sicília (born 24 July 1949) was the Bishop of Urgell and Co-Prince of Andorra from 2003 until 2025.
Born in Barcelona, he became a priest in 1974. On 19 March 2010, he became an archbishop.[1]
