Juan José Ayra Martínez (23 June 1911 – 26 October 2008) was a Cuban footballer who played as a goalkeeper.
Career
Ayra played for multiple clubs in the Campeonato Nacional de Fútbol de Cuba, including Centro Gallego, Hispano America, and Puentes Grandes. In 1944, he joined Mexican club Real Club España.[1]
He made his debut for Cuba against Haiti during 1934 FIFA World Cup qualification. He would later play for Cuba at the 1938 FIFA World Cup in France, with his only appearence being in Cuba's 2-1 win against Romania.[2][3] He also played for Cuba at the 1947 NAFC Championship.[4]
