KDU-ČSL is a Christian democratic political party in the Czech Republic. The party has been in government almost continuously since 1990 with the exception of between 2010 and 2013. It is currently in government as part of the Spolu alliance.
History
Since the Velvet Revolution in 1989, the party has been part of almost every coalition government. In 2010 the party dropped to just 4.4% of the vote and lost all of its seats in Parliament. It returned in 2013 with 13 seats.
