Kim Jae-yeon (Korean: 김재연; born 30 October 1980) is a South Korean politician and former activist. She was the Leader of the Progressive Party from 2020 to 2022. She was also the former Member of the National Assembly from 2012 to 2014. She was the Progressive Party nominee for President of South Korea in the 2022 presidential election and again in the 2025 snap presidential election.[1]
