Lamine Yamal Nasraoui Ebana (born 13 July 2007) is a Spanish professional football player. He currently plays Barcelona in the La Liga and the Spain national football team.[5]

Club career

In the first matches of the 2024–25 La Liga season, Yamal gets assisted Lewandowski to help Barcelona score against Valencia before Lewandowski takes a penalty kick in the second half and helps the matches to beat Valencia 2-1.[6][7]

International career

Yamal won Spain in UEFA Euro 2024 Germany.[8][9] He set a record of winning UEFA Euro 2024 after the matches UEFA Euro 2024 final against England and 2-1 to beat England.[10][11]

As the 16 year old, Yamal was called up for his first senior international match on 1 September 2023 by Luis de la Fuente, manager for the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers against Georgia and Cyprus.[12] Made his senior debut against the former opponent on 8 September 2023, scoring in the 74th minute of a 3–1 win against Cyprus[13] and a 4-1 win against Georgia in UEFA Euro 2024 Germany.[14]

Yamal scored a goal in 21 minutes of match time against France, and 1-2 to beat France in the UEFA Euro 2024 Germany quarterfinal, he reached a final in UEFA Euro 2024 Germany.[15]

Style of play

Yamal is a left-footed forward with more passing. And he can create scoring chances. He can play as a center forward, attacking midfielder, or winger, usually on the right side; as a right winger, he can curve the ball to the goal.[16][17]
