Marco Buschmann (born 1 August 1977) is a German lawyer and politician. He is a member of the Free Democratic Party (FDP). He was the Federal Minister of Justice in Chancellor Olaf Scholz's cabinet from 2021 to 2024. He has been a member of the Bundestag from 2009 to 2013 and again since 2017.[1][2]
