Volker Wissing (born 22 April 1970) is a German lawyer, former judge and politician. Wissing was the Minister of Justice from 2024 until 2025. He is a member of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) who has been serving as the party's General Secretary since 2020. He was also the Minister for Transport from 2021 until 2025.[1]
