The Qatar Grand Prix (Arabic: جائزة قطر الكبرى) is a Formula One auto racing event that happens yearly at the Lusail International Circuit in Qatar. It happened for the first time on 21 November in 2021.[3] It did not happen in the 2022 season because the 2022 FIFA World Cup was in Qatar. It came back in 2023, and should happen until at least 2033.[4] The race is the fourth race fully at night in Formula One.

Notes

  1. Max Verstappen set the fastest time in qualifying, but got a one-place grid penalty for driving too slowly.[1] This meant George Russell was in 1st.[2]
