Risperidone (which is also marketed as Risperdal) refers to an extremely potent antipsychotic drug that is used primarily to treat schizophrenia, autism spectrum matters and bipolar disorder. Side effects of Risperidone include although are not limited to unwanted weight gain and metabolic troubles like high blood sugar. It was first approved in 1994.
