Bavanat (Persian: بوانات, also Romanized as Bavanat; formerly, Bavanat (Persian: بوانات, also Romanized as Bavānāt and Bavānāt)[2] is a city and capital of Bavanat County, Fars Province, Iran.
name change
In 2001, the name of Surian city was changed to Bavanat and now the center of Bavanat city is called Bavanat city.[3] [4]
