General Vijay Kumar Singh PVSM, AVSM, YSM, ADC (born 10 May 1951)[a] is an Indian military official and politician who has been the 46th and current Governor of Mizoram since 2025.[3] He is a former four-star general in the Indian Army. He was the Minister of State for External Affairs, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Development of the North-Eastern Region and Minister of State for Statistics and Programme Implementation during the Narendra Modi government.
