Garmisch-Partenkirchen (German: Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen; Southern Bavarian: Landkroas Garmasch-Partakurch, Garmasch-Partnkurch) is a Landkreis (district) in Bavaria, Germany.

The district is located in the Bavarian Alps and includes the highest mountain of Germany, the Zugspitze (2962 m).
