Kate & Mim-Mim (also known as Kate and Mim-Mim) is an animated adventure children's television series created by husband-and-wife duo, Julie and Scott Stewart.[3] The series aimed as an appropriate for all ages, the first decade might be suitable for preschool children, it was aired the first broadcast and presented by Knowledge Kids and former BBC Kids for four years, which ran from September 1, 2014 in Canada, with two seasons and 47 episodes (94 segments along with two television specials were produced). It was produced by Nerd Corps Entertainment in the first season and later WildBrain and associated by FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment outside the North America during the original series.
The series stayed hiatus on March 23, 2018, the line-up second season finale on BBC Kids shuts down and repackaged CBeebies on December 31, 2018, there will be no longer aired in BBC.
Settings
The series takes in 2014, Kaitlyn Claire Mimister, a 5-year-old Canadian girl and titular character, who lives in the fictional district municipality Hope, British Columbia, Canada, and the rest of her parents: her father Marco and mother Valerie in a small house, which formerly based in Vancouver from the earliest history. Each episode focus that she conflict their minds and strategies, she dares to go an adventures with her favourite purple stuffed bunny named Mim-Mim, both then swirled away to Mimiloo, and all of his friends and neighbours to kind their come to solve an idea to go the other adventures by themselves. Meanwhile, she become a rule to solve the problem completes then returns home and give a joy.[4]

Main
- Kaitlyn "Kate" Claire Minister (born August 6, 2009) (voiced by Maryke Hendrikse[c]) is a Canadian fictional protagonist girl, who become to narrate for her stuffed bunny friend named Mim-Mim. She feels excited with her sense of humour and takes place with an imaginary story since she have show-and-tell at school. In her appearance, she has brown pigtails and brown eyes. She wears a pink shirt, a purple sweater underneath, blue-violet pants and white shoes (formerly orange coat when she was younger).
- Mim-Mim (nicknamed Me-Me in Portuguese, born July 6, 2012 thought Kate was created, voiced by Lee Tockar[d]) is a Brazilian-Canadian purple anthropomorphic bunny and Kate's friend. He wears a pair of plane goggles on his head. The early life that he is born in Brazil until Kate's family returned to Canada. He discovers some many things, he sees how many carrots and an alien of plant.
Mimiloo friends
- Boomer (voiced by Maryke Hendrikse[e]) is a young blue creature and Lily's younger brother, he has little legs and blue eyes. He loves making mischievous and experiences trouble with Tack's gadgets and sometimes like making a mess and Lily protect him.
- Lily (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain[f]) is a young pink creature and Boomer's older sister, she has frills around her waste like a makeshift dress and blue eyes. She loves flowers and cooking as she takes care of Boomer. He nicknamed "Lilly" spell wrong.
- Gobble (voiced by Brian Drummond[g]) is an older brown groundhog, he has brown eyes, a pink nose and a light brown belly. He loves to work some gardening, planting seeds and sometimes helping others. He nicknamed "Gobber" spell wrong.
- Tack (voiced by Matt Hill[h]) is a teenage orange-yellow tree frog, he has a yellow belly, he wears purple goggles with blue frames, a backside blotch and a stubby tail the same colour. He loves inventing things with using gadgets. His pet robot dog, Super-Sniffer, tracks down the objects and did not cause jealous in one of them.

- Mega Mim is an enormous purple robot machine. He is first appeared in the 2014 episode "Mega Mim".
- Mimiloo bugs is a pink widespread bugs. They are first appeared in the 2014 episode "A Case of the Giggles".
- Rumbly is a tiny grey rock who lives on the Moon. He is first appeared in the 2014 episode "Mim-Mim's Moon Mishap".
- Squoosh is a blob creature. He is first appeared in the 2015 episode "Babysitting Squoosh".
- Tee Hee Rex is a young T-rex. He is first appeared in the 2014 episode "Tee Hee Rex".
- Teeny is a genie. He is first appeared in the 2015 episode.
- Twinkly is a yellow star who lives in Forever Forest. He is first appeared in the 2014 episode "Twinkle Twinkle".
- Valerie Mimister (voiced by Nicole Oliver[j]) is Kate's mother. She wears a light blue shirt, blue pants and black heels.

On August 27, 2012, the test pilot will be revived for the first both airs on Knowledge Network and TVOKids. On October 11, 2012, the production status was developed by the Canadian animation studio, Nerd Corps Entertainment,[2] from the creators of Julie and Scott Stewart, an animation backdrop towards the Russian television series, Masha & the Bear. Meanwhile, the original series is set to release in spring 2014, later pushed back to August 4 in the United Kingdom and September 1 in Canada. On July 27, 2015, that renewed in the second season, Nerd Corps is moved to DHX Studios Vancouver, behind Blaze and the Monster Machines. On November 7, 2016, the television special Kate in Oz released the trailer after Disney Jr. picks up next week.
The original series ended on March 23, 2018, there will be no longer aired on CBeebies due to BBC Kids' shutdown and out-of-business company was replaced by FrementleMedia Kids & Family, before developed a Chinese television series Rev & Roll while having a script until next year. Meanwhile, the distribution was moved to Boat Rocker Media in the revival series, along with WildBrain.

Kate & Mim-Mim airs on Knowledge Kids in Canada on September 1, 2014, along with BBC Kids in the original series line-up to CBeebies in the United Kingdom on August 4[5][6] (mostly preceded by Bing and followed by Messy Goes to OKIDO on the times schedule) until September 13, 2017.[7] The first episode premiered on the co-produce Disney Jr. between December 19, 2014 to July 2, 2017 in the United States and other worldwide services, when lost the rights to air the series,[8] as of Australia on January 14, 2016, it is next aired on 9Go!. The other British programming shown on Tiny Pop, along with Irish broadcast 3e. Next, Canadian programming shown on Family Channel's licence programming between an English-language channel Family Jr. on September 5, 2015 (also Toon-A-Vision) and French-language channel Télémagino on January 9, 2017. In the United States, it is shown formerly runs streaming from Netflix through December 1, 2015 to September 30, 2019, later changed on Qubo in the first season on December 7, 2020, after they caught up the replacements until February 26, 2021. The development brings back to Disney Channel and Disney+ to discuss their new revival series is set in fall 2034.
