Lower Silesian and Opole (Polish: Dolnośląskiego i Opolskiego), officially called Poland's 12th European Parliament constituency (Polish: okręg wyborczy nr 12 do Parlamentu Europejskiego w Polsce), is a European Parliament constituency in Poland. It represents the Lower Silesian and Opole Voivodeships. It was created in 2004.
