Lubusz and West Pomeranian (Polish: Ubuskiego i Zachodniopomorskiego), officially called Poland's 13th European Parliament constituency (Polish: okręg wyborczy nr 13 do Parlamentu Europejskiego w Polsce), is a European Parliament constituency in Poland. It represents the Lubusz and West Pomeranian Voivodeships. It was created in 2004.
