Tokaj District
The Tokaj District (Hungarian: Tokaji járás) is a district in the southeastern part of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County. Tokaj is also the name of the town where the district seat is found. Its population in 2022 was 11,202.
The district is part of the Tokaj Wine Region Historic Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Hungary.[1]
