Bahrain has been in 6 Summer Olympic Games. They have never been in the Winter Olympic Games.
Bahrain won their first Olympic medal in the 2012 Summer Olympics. Maryam Yusuf Jamal won a bronze in the women's 1500m run.[1]
Rashid Ramzi won the gold medal in the men's 1,500 meters. Because he used drugs, the IOC took the medal away.[2]
