Capstan is a train station in Richmond, British Columbia. It is located at 8430 Cambie Street. It is owned by TransLink and is used by the SkyTrain in the Metro Vancouver area for their Canada Line.

The station was built in 2024 and opened on December 20. TransLink hired the architecture firm Perkins + Will to build the station.[1] During its planning, the station was named Capstan but was also known as Capstan Way.[2] TransLink was supposed to open the station in 2022 but multiple delays construction kept pushing the opening date back.[3]

It is an elevated station with two tracks and side platforms. It is preceded by Bridgeport towards Waterfront station and ends at Aberdeen towards either Richmond–Brighouse or YVR–Airport. In 2024, it was ranked at #19 of the 54 busiest stations in use for the SkyTrain.[4]

The station serves as a connection for the 403, 407, and N10 TransLink bus services.[5]

Around the station is Yaohan Centre and Union Square Shopping Centre.
