Kerim Alajbegovic (born 21 September 2007 in Cologne, Germany) is a Bosnian-German football player. He plays as forwward for the Austrian Bundesliga club FC Red Bull Salzburg.
Career
Alajbegović began his career at 1. FC Köln. For the 2021/22 season, he joined Bayer 04 Leverkusen's youth team. He made his Leverkusen debut for the U-17 team in April 2022 at the age of 14. In the 2023/24 season, he played for Bayer's U-19 team. In October 2024, the attacker made his first appearance for Leverkusen's first team squad against SV Elversberg. He never made a first-team appearance.
For the 2025/26 season, Alajbegović moved to Austrian Bundesliga club FC Red Bull Salzburg. [1] He made his professional debut for Salzburg in July 2025, when he came on as a substitute for Oscar Gloukh in the 87th minute of the second round of UEFA Champions League qualification against Brann Bergen. He scored his first goal on 9 August 2025 in the second round league match versus Grazer AK. [2]
International
Alajbegovic played for all of Bosnia's youth national teams. In September 2024, at the age of 16, he made his U-21 debut.
