Edmonds is a train station in Burnaby, British Columbia. It is located at 6944 18th Avenue. It is owned by TransLink and is used by the SkyTrain in the Metro Vancouver area for their Expo Line.

The station was built in 1985 and opened on December 11. Austrian company Architektengruppe U-Bahn built the station so that people were able to move around on transit during Expo 86.[1] There were plans to build the station ever since the planning of the SkyTrain itself. The station was first going to be built on Rumble Street and 19th Avenue (now Griffiths Drive) but those plans were scrapped because of the cost of construction. Edmonds station is named after the Edmonds neighbourhood that surrounds the area and where the station is located. It was the first station for the SkyTrain to include wireless internet with their TransLink WiFi program.[2]

It is an at-grade station, featuring two tracks and side platforms. It is preceded by Royal Oak towards Waterfront and ends at 22nd Street towards either King George or Production Way–University. In 2024, it was ranked at #17 of the 54 busiest stations in use for the SkyTrain.[3]

From Spring 2023 until Summer 2023, TransLink upgraded the guideway walkways and changed how the monitoring system for intrusions on the track were handled.[4]

The station serves as a connection for the 106, 112, 119, 133, 147, and 148 TransLink bus services.[5]

Around the station is the Byrne Creek Community School, Byrne Creek Ravine Park, and the operations and maintenance centre for the SkyTrain.
