Patterson is a train station in Burnaby, British Columbia. It is located at 4101 Beresford Street. It is owned by TransLink and is used by the SkyTrain in the Metro Vancouver area for their Expo Line.

The station was built in 1985 and opened on December 11. Austrian company Architektengruppe U-Bahn built the station so that people were able to move around on transit during Expo 86.[1] The station is named after Dugald Campbell Patterson. Patterson was an early pioneer, building the original interurban stop along the former British Columbia Electric Railway which was on the site of Patterson station.[2] When Princess Diana and Prince Charles made a visit to British Columbia, they used the station as a disembarkment station on May 6, 1986.[3]

It is an elevated station, featuring two tracks and a centre platform. It is preceded by Joyce–Collingwood towards Waterfront and ends at Metrotown towards either King George or Production Way–University. In 2024, it was ranked at #37 of the 54 busiest stations in use for the SkyTrain.[4]

The station serves as a connection for the 129 TransLink bus service.[5]

Around the station is Central Park.
